We are always keen to hear how we might be able to improve our services and hear any suggestions you may have.

If you want to make comments or suggestions on the services we provide you can either write to the Practice Manager directly or you can write to the patient group at the practice address.


If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctor or any of the staff working in the practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.

We hope that most complaints can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible – ideally, within a matter of days or, at most, a few weeks – because this will enable us to establish what happened more easily. We aim to respond to your complaint within 10 working days.
